Helped deliver a mega yacht from Charleston, SC to Newport, RI. Big-time ocean lover! There were shooting stars, darlin' dolphins and some serious swells.

Nathalie Dupree, my mentor and James Beard award-winning cookbook author and TV show host, invited me to make appetizers to showcase and honor Nathalie Dupree at Florence Wine and Food Festival 2022. I made golden gazpacho and pickled shrimp for 250 guests, and worked with an amazing team. 
Reconnected with Chef Carlo Demarco in his kitchen, where I taught him how to make pimento cheese for his guests! He taught me so many skills, and it was my turn to teach him about Lowcountry cookin'!
Traveled back to my hometown in the suburbs of Philadelphia to teach my nana's nursing home how to make chocolate biscotti. My Italian nana loves biscotti! Double chocolate, double the trouble!
